Balance of 85% amount can be paid in 12 equated quarterly installments spread over three year period or according to the Construction Linked Plan. 5% needs to be paid on possession.
All non-successful applicants shall be refunded back the booking amount within 15 days of holding of the draw of lots. However, if your name is in waiting list, you may opt to wait for 2 Years.
If the company is not able to refund the amount in the aforesaid period, the company shall refund the said amount with simple interest at the rate of 15% per annum calculated for the period beyond 90 days from the closure of booking.
